ALFIE’S ARCHIVE CAFÉ
This project explores how vintage markets foster belonging through shared stories, sensory experience, and material culture, using Alfie’s Antique Market as a case study. Observing the market as a living archive shaped by its traders and collectors, I developed a brand concept that translates these interactions into a tangible, community-driven experience.
The outcome is a recurring café event where vendors and visitors gather for weekly “show & tell” sessions, pairing personal objects with food, storytelling, and curated ephemera. By shifting focus away from transaction and toward connection, the project positions Alfie’s as a space where memory, identity, and community are continuously exchanged and reactivated.
