Feel the Story was created in response to the Penguin x Monotype D&AD New Blood brief open brief to help shape how the world reads. We aimed to explore diverse reading habits and the changing nature of reading in order to produce a typography led design campaign. The project is a multisensory storytelling experience that explores how narratives can be physically and emotionally felt beyond traditional visual communication. Blending sensory interaction, emotion-driven design, and immersive storytelling, the project challenges conventional ways audiences engage with stories. The project was awarded a D&AD New Blood Award, recognising its innovative creative direction and execution.

Feel the Story transforms typography into a tactile reading ritual through a reading kit, designed to help distracted readers slow down and reconnect with books.
Here typography helps us experience stories, ideas, and information in new meaningful ways.
