STARMANIA

Starmania has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. To celebrate its 2022 revival, I designed a series of illustrated posters inspired by one of France's most iconic rock operas. Drawing from the musical's dystopian narrative by Luc Plamondon, Michel Berger's evocative score, the bold visual language of 1970s science fiction, and the production's vibrant lighting design, I sought to reinterpret its universe through a contemporary graphic lens. As a French designer, revisiting a work that has profoundly shaped my cultural imagination was both a personal tribute and an opportunity to explore how illustration can translate the emotional intensity of live performance into a visual identity.
